Brian Bell

Vice President, Strategy & Co-Founder

With the commercial success of SchoolDude.com in the education market, Brian and the founding management team launched a sister company in 2006 called FacilityDude.  The goal of FacilityDude was to deliver industry-leading, on-demand software for facility, business, and maintenance operations in non-education markets.  FacilityDude.com went live on January 1, 2007, and has achieved great success in helping facility managers, service personnel, and building owners manage more with less, increase operational efficiencies, and deliver tremendous gains in client/tenant satisfaction.  Through direct and indirect distribution channels, along with key strategic partnerships, FacilityDude.com has rapidly become a disruptive player in a market traditionally served by legacy, client-server maintenance management solutions.  Brian is the company’s Vice President for Strategy, responsible for assessing the market environment, managing the strategic product roadmap, developing product partnerships and contributing to the direction of other areas of the company's activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
