FacilityDude to Host YMCA of the USA Property Management Conference

Y-USA Property Development has worked with FacilityDude and sister company SchoolDude.com to conduct a Facility Conference April 9 – 13, 2011 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Continuing to pave the way for a 21st-century Y, this conference is designed to explore the evolving and exciting challenges in building management while maintaining Y assets for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. With a collective value of close to $15 billion, Y staff and volunteers everywhere need effective strategies for property management.
This year’s conference will focus on:
- The sharing of best practices, including speakers both in facilities and technology
- Solution environments and labs
- Partnering/networking with property professionals
- Roundtable “Birds of a Feather” lunch sessions
- Y specific presentations
To date, there are over 100 registrations and we are looking forward to providing a great learning experience and a little fun along the way!
