The Dude is off to Clearwater Beach next week to discover what local governments around the country are doing to improve their communities at the Transforming Local Government/FCCMA 2011 Conference. This years conference is a new partnership between one of the premier state city/county management associations and Alliance for Innovation which we are very excited to be a part of. It promises to be a great week full of creative new ideas and thought exploration for local government leaders as they refocus and refresh to address the challenges facing their communities.
