Generates new work orders based on notifications from any intelligent building device.

Critical Alarm connects and enables data exchange between  MaintenanceEdge  Work Order and intelligent building devices.  This module receives notifications, evaluates the content, removes duplicates and nuisance alarms and automates the process of generating work orders based on the alarm condition.  Alarm notification responses are verified by the system, routed appropriately and escalated when necessary.
