We are pleased to announce that FacilityDude has been selected to serve a one-year term on the International City/County Management Association’s Knowledge Network Advisory Board (KNAB).
The purpose of this new committee is to help identify the knowledge-sharing needs of local government professionals and provide feedback on the current member experience with ICMA’s Knowledge Network. Emma Finch, Marketing Programs Manager, will represent FacilityDude on the board. She has worked closely with ICMA in the past to provide education to local government professionals.
“It’s an honor to be asked to serve on this committee and I look forward to working with the Knowledge Network Advisory Board to ensure we keep offering top-notch, pertinent resources to members,” says Finch.
Phyllis Shocket, Director of ICMA’s Strategic Partner Program, explains more about the board: “The Knowledge Network Advisory Board (KNAB) is made up of ICMA members and strategic partners. This board consists of power users who understand the great value that the Knowledge Network provides. They are working together to move the KN into its next chapter. Strategic Partner FacilityDude was selected for this board because of Emma Finch’s frequent participation on the KN through blog posts and uploaded documents. Her content is popular and get a lot of engagements. Emma’s enthusiastic support will be an asset to the KNAB.”
FacilityDude is a proud Strategic Partner with ICMA and happy to support the dedicated public service professionals who work so hard to better our communities.
